Shipping on all orders over $100 within New Zealand is FREE. For all orders under $100 there will be a flat rate of $15 shipping added to your order.

International orders will quoted per order quantity and weight, we will let you know this price within 24 hours via email, post accepting this you will be sent a link to make payment.

Goods are to be returned at customers cost, we will either repair or replace the particular item. Our delivery details are: 4c Atlas Place, Rosedale, Auckland 0632

All orders will have a tracking code.

For New Zealand; Next day for the North Island and two – Three days for the South Island. All orders sent domestically are sent via Fast Way – http://www.fastway.co.nz

For International; Dependent on  shipping options (Air Freight or Shipped)

All items purchased through Reef Sports have a 12 month warranty. If you have any issues with your product please contact us immediately.

We ship to the Pacific Island’s, all other international location orders need to be submitted via the checkout and approved by us, conformation will be via return email within 24 hours.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we have an easy return policy. If any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it; with the exception of a very few items clearly identified in our product description details as non-returnable.

The purchase price of merchandise returned in unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery will be refunded to the original purchaser in the same form as the method of order payment. For merchandise returned in any other condition or after one month, the purchaser will be issued store merchandise credit.

To return something you just send it back to us, your invoice is your return authorization. Although not required, we suggest you contact us before making a return because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return.
